• Biography

    Bea was born in Venezuela, grew up in Miami, Florida and she moved to Western Pennsylvania in 1998 in order to attend college and liked it so much she stayed for law school.

    During law school, Bea held an internship with the City of Pittsburgh Law Department. Upon graduation from Pitt Law, Bea moved to Beaver County and began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Deborah Kunselman with the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas.  

    Prior to forming York & Diaz-Cothen, PLLC with Attorney York, Bea worked with Attorney Jim Loll at James J. Loll, P.C. Currently, Bea focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, adoption, name changes, guardianship, real estate matters, contract drafting and review, and child dependency matters.

    Bea lives in Beaver County with her husband, two children, and their mischievous beagle mix hound, Rocco.
