• Biography

    Tiffany was born and raised in Beaver County. She attended college and law school in Pittsburgh. In law school she was a member of the nationally ranked Arbitration Team.

    After law school, Tiffany worked as an Associate at Neighborhood Legal Services Association, where she developed an interest in Juvenile Law and Elder Law. In 2014, she went into private practice to pursue those passions. Tiffany worked for two elder law and estate planning firms and served as a court-appointed attorney for parents and children in Dependency Court. Prior to forming York & Diaz-Cothen, PLLC with Attorney Diaz-Cothen, Tiffany was a solo practitioner, establishing the Law Office of Tiffany E. York, PLLC, in 2019.

    Tiffany has practiced in Magisterial Courts, Administrative Courts, and Courts of Common Pleas throughout Western Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She is currently the Juvenile Court Hearing Officer in Beaver County.

    Tiffany resides in Brighton Township with her husband and her two children.
